I went to Portion Controller a little while back after hearing really good things about how it works. I regularly go to their Smithtown location. A couple of years ago I started to put weight on. Some due to medications I’ve been on and some because my diet really wasn’t good. I tried a few different diets that I either read about or one of my friends told me about. Nothing worked and I ended up putting on more weight. It was very discouraging. When I heard about Portion Controller it sounded like a really good idea and a different approach to losing weight. I got to their office and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I felt very comfortable discussing my weight issues, frustrations and eating habits with them. I also met their Dr., and medical technician and took a few quick tests. I was also fitted with the Portion Controller belt that day. It’s comfortable to wear and when wearing it under a shirt it is not even noticeable. I scheduled weekly appointments, where I got weighed in and discussed menu ideas and many other things with the staff. I immediately started dropping a couple of pounds a week. Months later I was down about 75 lbs. and feeling great. I highly recommend Portion Controller to anyone wanting to lose weight (no matter how much) and feel better about themselves. The staff is awesome and very caring about their clients. During the week I get great meal ideas and great positive messages texted to me from them. Another great thing is that it’s covered by insurance. I go to their Smithtown office because it’s convenient for me but they also have a couple of other locations.

Portion Controller delivers what they promised. I have not been under 200 lbs in more than 20 years. Wall-a, I’m under 200 lbs and still losing. Their approach to weight loss is simple, healthy and reasonable with delightful foods that’s oh so Delicious. They have shown me that you are truly what you eat. My weight lost journey is to be continued. I love Portion Controller and have referred it to many others who have taken advantage of the invitation by joining. My hats off to Portion Controller!

Portion Controller staff are excellent - extremely friendly and caring. The program really works! Wearing the portion control belt results in reduced appetite. Consequently, you are more able to eat the right foods and healthier amounts. Follow the Portion Controller program faithfully and you will lose weight.

Portion controller is a very good company!! They have good customer services that really assist with you losing weight. How it works you have to be consistent and follow instructions!!! They have good recipes and there are products to help u reach your goal. I have been hurting myself by not doing well. What I like is if you fail they lift you back up what a good support system they have. I seen from the examples of ones whom lost weight they did it quickly. Just tell yourself I can do it! They take the time and explain how the plan goes . They listen to your questions you may have and work a plan for u to lose the weight . I first join them I just loved the staff and they made me feel got about myself and I’m losing the weight . They were a help in that direction . You will love it there. My husband and I have been going to Portion Controller for 6 months and have seen results. It is a great program if you stick with it and wear the belt faithfully. Right now with this social distancing we have been doing phone calls instead of going to the office. I can't wait to go back they are so friendly there. I enjoy getting new recipes and sharing some of my healthy recipes. Miss you guys stay safe.

I would recommend them to anybody. Everyone who works there including the owners are on the program as well so they know first hand. I wouldn’t even use the word program more like life style because what they help you do is life changing. There is no risk, no surgery. Just an amazing team working hard to help people do better. They make me feel very comfortable, every time i walk in they say hello to me and address me by my name. It’s not like a doctors office where your just another appointment, no you’re a person to them. They even have a small retail section where they make and offer healthier seasoning as well as other things. You won’t regret it, i have had nothing but great experiences!

I don’t even know where to begin.. the experience working with Portion Controller is the best and it has sculpted not only my body to my desired goal, but also my mindset. It’s not easy going through your weight loss journey alone. I used to go down and couldnt keep the weight off.. but now that isn’t an issue with the support you get from PC. Everyone there is lovely especially Arianna and Samira. Working side by side with them has been the best thing that could ever happen to me. I have never met 2 people so dedicated to their job, their patients, and the well being of others around them. We are a team and I’m blessed to be helping others reach their goal at portion controller as well.
